D&B Executive Vice President Honored as Engineer of the Year

 Steven A. Fangmann, P.E., receives the “Engineer of the Year Award” from John Pascucci, P.E., 1st Vice President of the Nassau Chapter NYSSPE.

D&B is pleased to announce that on May 15, Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers’ Executive Vice President, Steven A. Fangmann, P.E., was honored as “Engineer of the Year” by the Nassau County Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE). Mr. Fangmann has extensive civil and environmental engineering experience in both the municipal and private sector. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Manhattan College in Civil and Environmental Engineering. With over 32 years’ experience and professional licenses from many states, including New York, Mr. Fangmann has been involved with the planning, design, and management of a large number of public works projects. Mr. Fangmann has held various officer positions in the Nassau County Chapter NYSSPE and served on the NYSSPE Board of Directors. We congratulate Steve on this accomplishment and well deserved recognition!
